About Ben Abercrombie

Harvard football player #32, known as "Badgercrombie"

In September 2017, Ben Abercrombie suffered a life-changing spinal cord injury during his first game as a Harvard Crimson football player. Despite being paralyzed from the neck down, Ben's spirit and determination continue to inspire everyone around him.

The Benson M. Abercrombie '21 Fund has raised over $600,000 to support Ben's recovery, covering medical costs, equipment, rehabilitation, and technology needs. The fund also helps future student athletes who suffer catastrophic injuries.

"Thank you. It means a lot to me and my family. The benefits will help us pay for equipment, supplies, and technology I need for rehab, school, and other things to keep me healthy."
— Ben Abercrombie
